The United Nations Security Council Subsidiary Organs Branch (the Secretariat) automatically conveys updates to the Lists of Designated Vessels to States, regional and sub-regional organizations by e-mail shortly following updates made to a Security Council Committee\u2019s sanctions list.

This update to the Lists of Designated Vessels was made on\u00a016 October 2018<\/strong>\u00a0following an update to the sanctions lists maintained by the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1718 (2006) (the 1718 Sanctions Committee). The 1718 Sanctions Committee maintains listings of sanctioned vessels on a list, which is\u00a0not\u00a0included into the Consolidated United Nations Security Council Sanctions List.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This update to the Consolidated United Nations Security Council Sanctions List was made on\u00a015 October 2018<\/strong>\u00a0following an update the sanctions list maintained by the Security Council Committee pursuant to resolutions 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015) concerning ISIL (Da\u2019esh), and Al-Qaida and associated individuals and entities (the ISIL (Da\u2019esh), and Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
