The National Sanctions Secretariat of the Republic of Mauritius, has issued a public notice in line with the United Nations (Financial Prohibitions, Arms Embargo and Travel Ban) Sanctions Act 2019 as follows:
Amendment of Four Entries on the ISIL (Da\u2019esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions List (1).docx<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On\u00a027\u00a0May\u00a02022,\u00a0<\/strong>the United Nations Security Council Committee pursuant to resolutions 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015) concerning ISIL (Da\u2019esh), Al\u2011Qaida and associated individuals, groups, undertakings and entities enacted \u00a0amendments specified with\u00a0\u00a0underline\u00a0and strikethrough\u00a0to 4\u00a0entries<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0its ISIL (Da\u2019esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions List of individuals and entities subject to the assets freeze, travel ban and arms embargo set out in paragraph\u00a01 of Security Council resolution 2610\u00a0(2021), and adopted under Chapter\u00a0VII of the Charter of the United Nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
