The National Sanctions Secretariat of the Republic of Mauritius, has issued a public notice in line with the United Nations (Financial Prohibitions, Arms Embargo and Travel Ban) Sanctions Act 2019 as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notice addition to Al-Qaida-28.01.2023-3<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On\u00a027th January 2023<\/strong>, the United Nations Security Council Committee pursuant to <\/strong>resolutions <\/strong>1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015) concerning ISIL (Da\u2019esh), Al-Qaida <\/strong>and associated individuals, groups, undertakings and entities has approved the addition of one\u00a0entry<\/u><\/strong> to its ISIL (Da\u2019esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions List of individuals and entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
