class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Humanitarian Travel Exemption to 2 Listed Individuals<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On <strong>24\u00a0November\u00a02023<\/strong>,\u00a0the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1970 (2011) concerning Libya decided to grant a humanitarian travel exemption, pursuant to paragraph 16(a) of resolution 1970 (2011), effective from 1\u00a0December 2023\u00a0through 31\u00a0May\u00a02\u200b024, to the following two\u00a0individuals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0LYi.019:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Safia Farkash al-Barassi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0LYi.012:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Mohammed Muammar Qadhafi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiumauritius.org\/fiu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Notice-Humanitarian-travel-exemption.docx\" data-type=\"link\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Amendments of Five Entries on the ISIL (Da\u2019esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions List<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On<strong> 14 November 2023<\/strong>, the UNSC Committee pursuant to resolutions 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015) concerning <strong>ISIL (Da\u2019esh), Al\u2011Qaida and associated individuals, groups, undertakings and entities\u200b<\/strong> <strong><u>amended five entries<\/u><\/strong> and narrative summaries\u00a0in connection with individuals and entities subject to the assets freeze, travel ban and arms embargo set out in paragraph 1 of Security Council resolution 2610 (2021), and adopted under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
