The National Sanctions Secretariat of the Republic of Mauritius, has issued a public notice in line with the United Nations (Financial Prohibitions, Arms Embargo and Travel Ban) Sanctions Act 2019 as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On\u00a014\u00a0December\u00a02023<\/strong>, the UNSC C\u200bommittee\u00a0established pursuant to\u00a0resolutions 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015) concerning ISIL (Da\u2019esh), Al\u2011Qaida and associated individuals, groups, undertakings and entities\u00a0amended fourteen entries with strikethrough and\/or underline<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0its\u00a0ISIL (Da\u2019esh) and Al-Qaida\u00a0Sanctions List of individuals and entities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Sanctions Secretariat of the Republic of Mauritius, has issued a public notice in line with the United Nations (Financial Prohibitions, Arms Embargo and Travel Ban) Sanctions Act 2019 as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 05 January 2024, <\/strong>the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1718 (2006) concerning the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK)<\/strong> has amended two entries<\/strong> on its sanctions list.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 19 December 2023, <\/strong>the Security Council Committee pursuant to resolutions 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015) concerning ISIL (Da\u2019esh) and Al\u2011Qaida <\/strong>has amended seven entries <\/strong>on its sanctions list of individuals and entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
