Roger Clency Dhoorah. Despite a public notice issued on October 16, 2020, requiring all legal professionals &#8211; including Barristers, Attorneys and Notaries to register with the FIU, Me. Roger Clency Dhoorah has continued to conduct prescribed activities without mandatory registration.
