This update to the Consolidated United Nations Security Council Sanctions List was made on 29 April 2018 following an update the sanctions list maintained by the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1970 (2011) concerning Libya (1970 Sanctions Committee).
To this effect, United Nations Security Council Press Releases, in English and French languages, will be shortly available on the webpage of the Spokesperson of the Secretary-General at the following URL:

Also attached below are notes verbales in English, French and Spanish, conveying changes made on 29 April 2018 to the Committee's list of individuals and entities subject to the assets freeze and travel ban set out in paragraphs 15 and/or 17 of Security Council resolution 1970 (2011) and/or paragraph 19 of resolution 1973 (2011), adopted under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations:

To obtain a fully updated version of the 1970 Sanctions Committee's List of individuals and entities subject to the sanctions measures, Member States are encouraged to consult, on a regular basis, the Committee’s website at the following URL:  The Sanctions List is available in XML, PDF and HTML formats, and  in all official United Nations languages. 

The 1970 Sanctions Committee has also made accessible on its website narrative summaries of reasons for listing which are available via the URL:

All States are encouraged to allow implementation of updates to Security Council Sanctions Lists based on e-mails, soft-copy notices, or website postings.
