The United Nations Security Council Subsidiary Organs Branch (the Secretariat) automatically conveys updates to the United Nations Security Council Consolidated List, to States, regional and sub-regional organizations by e-mail shortly following updates made to a sanctions list maintained on the Secretariat’s website.   

This update to the United Nations Security Council Consolidated List was made on 1 February 2018 following an update the sanctions list maintained by the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1533 (2004) concerning the Democratic Republic of the Congo (1533 Sanctions Committee).

Also attached below are note verbales in English, from the Chair of the Committee addressed to Permanent Representatives and Observers to the United Nations in New York conveying changes made on 1 February 2018 to the Committee’s list of individuals and entities subject to the assets freeze and travel ban reaffirmed in paragraph 2 of Security Council resolution 2360 (2017) adopted under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations:

This update to the United Nations Security Council Consolidated List was made on 5 August 2020 following an update the sanctions list maintained by the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2127 (2013) concerning Central African Republic (CAR) (2127 Sanctions Committee).

Attached below are notes verbales in English, from the Chair of the Committee addressed to Permanent Representatives and Observers to the United Nations in New York conveying changes made on 5 August 2020 to the Committee’s list of individuals and entities subject to the assets freeze, and travel ban  set out in Security Council resolution 2339 (2017) adopted under Charter of the United Nations.
