The FIU conducted an Awareness seminar on 13th July 2020 for Barristers. Topics covered during the seminar were: The fight against ML and TF, the risk-based approach, the legal AML/CFT obligations of barristers including Targeted Financial Sanctions and the supervisory role of the FIU.
