The United Nations Security Council Subsidiary Organs Branch (the Secretariat) automatically conveys updates to the Consolidated United Nations Security Council List, to States, regional and sub-regional organizations by e-mail shortly following updates made to a sanctions list maintained on the Secretariat's website.   
This update to the Consolidated United Nations Security Council List was made on 25 February 2020 following an update the sanctions list maintained by the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1533 (2004) concerning the Democratic Republic of the Congo (1533 Sanctions Committee).

Also attached below are note verbales in English, French and Spanish, from the Chair of the Committee addressed to Permanent Representatives and Observers to the United Nations in New York conveying changes made on 25 February 2020 to the Committee's list of individuals and entities subject to the assets freeze and travel ban reaffirmed in paragraph 2 of Security Council resolution 2360 (2017) adopted under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations:
